Debbie was born in Lincoln County and moved to the Lake Norman area in 1995. She graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Primary Education. She taught school children in the Lincoln County School System for 19 years. She received her real estate license in 1999 and began her real estate career with Allen Tate.

Debbie has extensive knowledge of the schools and communities in the area. So whether you are looking for a lake view, country club, or small town settings – you name it! She can only but provide you with the best service available.

She has two children that have been in the Lake Norman schools who help provide the awareness needed for her clients. She has lived on the lake for 20 years and currently resides in Governors Island Denver, NC .
